The developer Protsenko Maxim (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") values your privacy. This Policy explains how the FirstThen application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") handles your information.

1. Camera and Gallery Access

To provide its core functionality (placing photos on the device screen), the App requests access to:

• Camera: Solely for capturing images within the App.
• Gallery (Storage): Solely for selecting existing images. These files are processed locally on your device. The Developer does not collect, store, or transmit your personal photos to any third-party servers.

2. Advertising Identifiers and Yandex Mobile Ads SDK

The App integrates the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (Yandex Advertising Network) to display advertisements.

• Yandex Mobile Ads SDK may collect non-personalized data: advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID), device information (model, OS), location data (at the city level), and ad interaction data.
• This data is used exclusively for serving relevant ads and providing analytics.
• You can restrict data collection in your device settings (under "Ads" or "Privacy").

3. Data Collection and Transfer

The Developer does not personally collect any identifiable information (name, email, phone number). The App does not require registration. We do not transfer any data to third parties, except as described in Section 2 (within the scope of the advertising SDK operation).

4. Security

We take all necessary measures to protect information processed by the App; however, please remember that no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Developer reserves the right to update this policy. We recommend that you check this page periodically for any changes.
